Shelbi Joseph naci\u00f3 en Mulanthuruthy, al sur de la India, un pa\u00eds de culturas milenarias y naturaleza exuberante, rodeado de palmeras de coco, enredaderas de pimienta y vainilla, plant\u00edos de \u00e1rboles de hule y nuez moscada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desde hace casi veinte a\u00f1os vive en el sureste de M\u00e9xico, en el lado opuesto del mundo. Otro lugar rico en tradiciones y culturas antiguas<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shelbi, viajador incansable, ha recorrido sus pa\u00edses capturando ese colorido vibrante y brillante, ese abanico de pueblos, paisajes, olores y sabores que transmite a sus fotograf\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ha logrado captar con su lente el \u00e1nimo de la gente, el colorido, la vida de estas tierras m\u00e1gicas, a veces misteriosas y cautivantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En sus fotos evoca a la vida, a la belleza, al humor o a la delicadeza, a la tragedia o a la fascinaci\u00f3n, haciendo tambi\u00e9n contribuciones sociales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A trav\u00e9s de sus im\u00e1genes, el espectador siente diferentes estados de \u00e1nimo que a su vez lo llevan a una gran variedad de interpretaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Su conocimiento de la \u00f3ptica y del color, del dise\u00f1o y de la composici\u00f3n, de los claroscuros y del juego de luces hace que sus im\u00e1genes sean din\u00e1micas, que transmitan diferentes tipos de acci\u00f3n, de s\u00edmbolos. Nos hacen ver la historia, la fuerza de la vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La creaci\u00f3n fotogr\u00e1fica de Shelbi abarca diversos temas: desde los diferentes aspectos de las culturas, paisajes, detalles, cr\u00f3nicas de sus viajes, pero sus im\u00e1genes m\u00e1s fuertes e interesantes son de la gente; tiene un gran inter\u00e9s por las expresiones humanas y sus contextos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shelbi Joseph was born in Mulanthuruthy, south of India, a country of millenary cultures and exuberant nature, surrounded by coconut palms, pepper and vanilla vines, rubber and nutmeg plantations.
For the past eight years he has been living in southeastern Mexico, on the opposite side of the world. Another place rich in traditions and ancient cultures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shelbi, a tireless traveler, has extensively toured with his camera capturing vibrant and bright colors, a wide range of people, landscapes, smells and tastes that he transmits in his frames.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He has succeeded to capture with his lens the mood of the people, the colors, the life of these magic lands, sometimes mysterious and engaging.\u2028\u2028In his photos he evokes life, beauty, humour or the delicacies, the tragedy or fascination, also making social contributions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through his images, the viewer feels different moods, which in turn lead to a variety of interpretations.
His knowledge of optics and color, design and composition, chiaroscuro and the play of light makes his images dynamic, transmitting different types of action and symbols. He makes us see history, the force of life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
